Support for Other Institutions
The PDM has sought to take initiatives that aim to achieve the solidarity profile recommended by the Coordination for Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and existing in consolidated graduate programs. However, unlike these programs, the PDM is located in a region where there is less development. However, although the Program is not consolidated, its faculty has supported other programs in the region by offering courses, disciplines, lectures, orientation and co-orientation of students. PDM graduates have worked in different teaching and research institutions throughout the Amazon region, which represents the participation of the Program in strengthening the didactic and scientific activities of these institutions in the North region.
